Triathlon Locarno is set in the stunning scenery of Lake Maggiore. Different races for every level of sports ambition will take place over two days.

The races involve all family members: Kids Triathlon, Youth & Juniors Triathlon, Public Triathlon (Mini Tri) for amateur athletes, Medium Distance (70.3) and Triathlon Olympic Distance for the fittest athletes. For the ones competing for a team, it’s possible to register as participants in a relay race.

Located near the start/finish lines, the Triathlon village will offer eating- and shopping facilities as well as collateral events by paying particular attention to the children’s needs.

Der Triathlon Locarno findet im prächtigen Rahmen vom Lago Maggiore statt. Es werden Rennen auf verschiedene Distanzen organisiert um die Bedürfnisse der Athleten zu erfüllen.

Die Rennen berücksichtigen alle Familienmitglieder: Der Kids Triathlon für Kinder, der Triathlon für die Jugendlichen, der Mini Tri für Amateur-Sportler, die Olympische Distanz und Medium Distance für anspruchsvolle Athleten, die Stafette für den Spass mit Freunden. Und zum ersten Mal werden die Schweizer Meisterschaft Team-Triathlon 2016 am Samstag Nachmittag organisiert.

Die Zielzone ist gut organisiert mit Animationen und Attraktionen für die Zuschauer, mit besonderem Augenmerk auf die Bedürfnisse der Kinder.

Triathlon Locarno se déroule dans un paysage magnifique, au bord du Lac Majeur. Les épreuves regarderont toutes les classes d’âge et tous les niveaux.

Courses sur des distances et tracés adaptés à chaque âge: le Kids Triathlon, le Triathlon jeunes et juniors, le Mini Tri (Triathlon populaire), les épreuves traditionnelles réservée aux athlètes les plus préparés sur la Medium Distance ou sur distance olympique. Qui désire concourir en équipe peut s’inscrire dans la catégorie en relais. Et pour la première fois on organise les championnats suisses de  Team Triathlon qui vont de dérouler samedi après-midi.

Situé près de départs et arrivées, le village Triathlon propose animations et distractions et un programme riche en événements collatéraux.

Il Triathlon di Locarno si svolge nella magnifica cornice del Lago Maggiore. Vengono organizzate gare su diverse distanze in modo da soddisfare le varie esigenze degli atleti.

Le gare coinvolgono tutti i membri della famiglia: Kids Triathlon non competitivo per bambini, il Triathlon Scolari, il Triathlon per i giovani, il Mini Tri la classica gara popolare, Swiss Triathlon Circuit sulla distanza olimpica e Medium Distance (70.3) per gli atleti amanti del lungo, Staffette per divertirsi in squadra con gli amici. E per la prima volta i campionati svizzeri di Team Triathlon che si svolgeranno sabato pomeriggio.

Nella zona d’arrivo è organizzato un villaggio animato con attrazioni per gli spettatori e attento alle esigenze dei bambini.
